It applies to guests booking on-demand valet parking. Venue partners and franchise partners are governed by separate signed agreements, which take precedence over this policy for those relationships.

• Pickup and drop-off location
• Vehicle details (make, model, registration number)
• Booking and payment confirmation messages

Via Our Mobile App

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Precise or approximate location, used to dispatch and track your valet
• Photos captured for vehicle condition / handover documentation
• Push notification tokens, to send booking updates
• Payment and transaction details, processed via our payment partners

Via Our Website

At the time of writing, this website does not run analytics or tracking cookies. Once Google Analytics or a similar tool is integrated, this section will be updated to disclose what is collected (e.g. IP address, browser/device type, pages visited) before that tracking goes live.

• To dispatch a valet, track your vehicle, and complete your booking

Photo-proof documentation is retained for a limited period sufficient to resolve any handover disputes, after which it is deleted.
